A site survey just saved £700.00 a month for a client!
The story: The client had become increasingly unhappy with the lack of help they received from the CCTV service provider on a shopping park.
The system seemed vulnerable to extra costs without warning, and on top of that the running costs were kept increasing.
A site survey revealed that among other issues, the incorrect off-site communication had been installed, causing the client to receive monthly telephone bills of over £700.00.
Why the service provider (a well known national security “expert”) hadn’t advised the client correctly, we can only guess at?
The correction to the system is straightforward and the client can now look forward to a stable realistic service charge and telephone bills of around £55.00 a month.
